On January, 2021, Foreign Affairs Office of Guangdong Province led the delegation of Consulates-General of Latin American countries in Guangzhou to SCAU.

Secretary of CPC SCAU Committee Wang Binwei stressed better support for the development of the Alliance. 

The delegates from the consulates general said that they will facilitate the cooperation between the partners.
