In order to promote the progress of internationalizationof the university, SCAU convened a work meeting recently during which Mr.Feng Lixin,Director of International Office, introduced the principles, policies, regulations and procedures related to reception of foreign receptions, official overseas trip, MOU/Agreement review, overseas exchange program, sino-foreign joint program, international conference and foreigners working in China.

    The attendees held a heated discussion on the vital role internationalization in the constructionof Key Cultivated High-level Universities and Double First-Class Universities, and on the evaluation index system of internationalization (revised in 2018) for the colleges. The participants also put forward many feasible plans on fund expenditure for the new phase of the constructionof Key Cultivated High-level Universities.

    This meeting aims at further implementing the spirit of the internationalization conference, held in June this year. It has strengthened the awareness of opening up and served as a platform for effective communication among the colleges for the internationalization of the university.

    The Director of International Office, Vice Deansfor International Affairs of every college as well as the related officers of Office of Teaching Affairs joined the meeting.
